Clarify instructions to add new notes after setup

Does this assume the second 'Add Note' app icon is added automatically to home-screen after install? I had to go into my app drawer and drag 'Add Note' onto my home-screen. I'm hoping to clarify text since it took me way too long to figure out how to use Trilium Sender :-).
